Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Abundance diverts you, 1 Till you reach the grave. 2 But nay, ye soon shall know (the reality). 3 Again lo! presently ye shall know. 4 Indeed, did you know with certain knowledge 5 Ye shall certainly see Hell-Fire! 6 Aye, ye will behold it with sure vision. 7 Then, on that day, ye will be asked concerning pleasure. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
