The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), did you not see how did your Lord deal with the People of the Elephant? 1 Did He not foil their strategy 2 And He sent against them birds in flocks. 3 hurling against them stones of baked clay 4 to turn them into (something) like the left-over grass grazed by cattle. 5
God the Almighty always says the truth.
