Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

DESTROYED WILL BE the hands of Abu Lahab, and he himself will perish. 1 Neither his wealth nor his gains will avail him. 2 He will be roasted in the fire, 3 along with his wife, that carrier of slanderous tales; 4 Around her neck will be a rope of palm fibre. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
