Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

Children of Israel! remember My favour wherewith I favoured you, and fulfil My covenant, and I shall fulfil your covenant, and Me alone shall ye dread. 40 Believe in that which I have [now] bestowed from on high, confirming the truth already in your possession, and be not foremost among those who deny its truth; and do not barter away My messages for a trifling gain; and of Me, of Me be conscious 41 And confound not the truth with falsehood, nor hide the truth while ye know. 42 Establish your prayers, pay the obligatory charity, and bow with those who bow. 43 ۞ What! do you enjoin men to be good and neglect your own souls while you read the Book; have you then no sense? 44 Seek help in patience and prayer; and truly it is hard save for the humble-minded, 45 who are certain of their meeting with their Lord and their return to Him. 46
