It is God who has created ears, eyes, and hearts for you. Little are the thanks that you give. 78 And He it is Who hath sown you broadcast in the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 It is He who gives you life and death, and His the alternation of night and day. Even then you do not understand, 80 Nay, but they said the like of what the ancients said. 81 They say: when we are dead, and have become dust and bones, shall we verily be raised up? 82 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples." 83 Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" 84 They will say: "It is Allah's!" Say: "Will you not then remember?" 85 Ask them: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, the Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “So why do you not fear?” 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will reply spontaneously, "It is God." Ask them, "Why has falsehood bewitched you?" 89 We have sent them the Truth: but they indeed practise falsehood! 90 God has not taken to Himself any son, nor is there any god with Him; for then each god would have taken off that he created and some of them would have risen up over others; glory to be God, beyond that they describe, 91 He knows both what is visible and what is not visible. Exalted is Allah above all that they associate with Him. 92
