The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta'. Sin. Mim. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 But there comes not to them a newly-revealed Message from (Allah) Most Gracious, but they turn away therefrom. 5 For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
