Have you seen him who turns his back, 33 and gives so little [of himself for the good of his soul,] and so grudgingly? 34 What! Has he knowledge of the Unseen so that he can see? 35 Has not he been informed of the contents of the Book of Moses 36 And Abraham who paid his debt: 37 That no laden one shall bear another's load, 38 and that man shall have only that for which he strives; 39 and that his labouring shall surely be seen, 40 and in the end he will be repaid for it in full; 41 and that with thy Sustainer is the beginning and the end [of all that exists]; 42 that it is He who brings laughter and tears; 43 And that it is He Who gave death and gave life? 44 and that He Himself created the two kinds, male and female, 45 from a drop of sperm when it was emitted, 46 And that upon Him (Allah) is another bringing forth (Resurrection); 47 And that it is He Who enricheth and preserveth property. 48 It is He who is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that He destroyed the former 'A-ad. 50 and Thamood, sparing no one, 51 and before them the nation of Noah, they exceeded in evil and were insolent. 52 and the Subverted City He also overthrew, 53 So that there covered them that which did cover. 54 Then which of the favors of your Lord do you doubt? 55 This is a Warner, of the (series of) Warners of old! 56 The Imminent is imminent; 57 [although] none but God can unveil it.... 58 Does this statement seem strange to them 59 and do they laugh instead of weeping, 60 And ye are behaving proudly. 61 So prostrate yourselves before God and worship him. ۩ 62
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
