Remember the Day whereon We shall call all mankind with their record; then whosoever will be vouchsafed his book in his right hand, those shall read their book, and they shall not be wronged a whit. 71 Those who are blind in this life will also be blind in the life to come and in terrible error. 72 They had almost led you away from what has been revealed to you, that you may invent things about Us besides those revealed, when they would have taken you as friend. 73 And if We had not made thee wholly firm thou mightest almost have inclined unto them a little. 74 In that case We would certainly have made you to taste a double (punishment) in this life and a double (punishment) after death, then you would not have found any helper against Us. 75 Their purpose was to scare thee off the land, in order to expel thee; but in that case they would not have stayed (therein) after thee, except for a little while. 76 This has been Our Way with the Messengers whom We sent before you. You will find no change in Our Way. 77
