The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
46 verses, revealed in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By those who drag forth to destruction, 1 by the angels who gently release the souls of the believers, 2 And by those that swim along (i.e. angels or planets in their orbits, etc.). 3 By the angels hastening, 4 And by those angels who arrange to do the Commands of their Lord, (so verily, you disbelievers will be called to account). 5 A Day shall come whereon the quaking will quake, 6 There will follow it the subsequent [one]. 7 Hearts on that Day will be throbbing; 8 while eyes will be downcast. 9 They say: "Shall we indeed be returned to (our) former state of life? 10 even after we have turned into decayed bones?" 11 They say, "That, then, would be a losing return." 12 So that is not but a single shout. 13 And they will wake up suddenly. 14 HAS THE STORY of Moses ever come within thy ken. 15 when his Lord called him in the holy valley of Tuwa, 16 "Go thou to Pharaoh for he has indeed transgressed all bounds: 17 And say to him, "Would you like to reform yourself? 18 "'And that I guide thee to thy Lord, so thou shouldst fear Him?'" 19 Then did (Moses) show him the Great Sign. 20 but he denied it as false and disobeyed, 21 and then he turned back to have recourse to his craftiness, 22 Then he gathered (men) and called out. 23 And he said: I am your Lord, most high. 24 So Allah seized him (and made him) an example for the after (life) and for the former. 25 Surely there is a great lesson in it for whoever would fear (Allah). 26

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
