Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
So by oath of the things you see. 38 And all that ye see not 39 That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger. 40 It is not the speech of a poet little do you believe 41 Nor is it the speech of a soothsayer; how little do you ponder! 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 This is the Truth beyond any doubt. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
