Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the scatterers (the wind) scattering, 1 Then those clouds bearing the load (of minute things in space). 2 by the ships which smoothly sail on the oceans, 3 And those that distribute and apportion by Command;- 4 Indeed, what you are promised is true. 5 and the Day of Judgment will inevitably take place. 6 The heavens webbed-with-tracks is witness 7 Truly ye are in a doctrine discordant, 8 Deluded away from the Qur'an is he who is deluded. 9 Woe to the liars 10 they who blunder along, in ignorance lost 11 They ask: when is the Day of Requital coming? 12 Upon the day when they shall be tried at the Fire: 13 'Taste your trial. This is what you have sought to hasten' 14 The righteous shall live among gardens and fountains, 15 Taking joy in the things which their Lord has given them. Verily, they were before this Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 16 they used to sleep but little by night, 17 and asked for forgiveness in the early morning. 18 and [would assign] in all that they possessed a due share unto such as might ask [for help] and such as might suffer privation. 19 And in the earth are signs for those who are certain. 20 And in your own souls (too); will you not then see? 21 And in the heaven is your provision, and that which you are promised. 22 So by the Lord of heaven and earth, it is as surely true as that you have speech. 23

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
