3/4 Hizb 52
< random >
We indeed created man; and We know what his soul whispers within him, and We are nearer to him than the jugular vein. 16 When the two receivers receive, sitting on the right and on the left. 17 He utters not a word but there is by him a watcher at hand. 18 and (the human being will be told), "This is what you had been trying to run away from". 19 And the trumpet will be blown: this is the Day of the Threatening. 20 And every soul shall come, with it a driver and a witness. 21 (And the driver will say:) "You were oblivious of this, so we have removed the veil, and how keen is your sight today!" 22 And (unto the evil-doer) his comrade saith: This is that which I have ready (as testimony). 23 (They will be told,) "Throw into hell every persistent disbelievers, 24 forbidder of good, transgressor and doubter, 25 "Who set up another god beside Allah: Throw him into a severe penalty." 26 ۞ And his companion shall say: 'Our Lord, I did not make him insolent, he was far astray' 27 "Do not argue in My presence. I had announced the promise of doom in advance. 28 There is no changing of My word, nor am I unjust to My creatures." 29

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
