Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed this [divine writ] on Night of Destiny. 1 And what have you understood, what the Night of Destiny is! 2 The Night of Power is better than a thousand months; 3 On this Night, the angels and the spirit descend by the permission of their Lord with His decree (to determine everyone's destiny). 4 Peace! it is till the break of the morning. 5

God the Almighty always says the truth.
