Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 and removed your burden 2 Which had broken your back? 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 So truly with hardship comes ease, 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 And make your Lord your exclusive object. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
