The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta Sin Mim 1 These are the verses of a Book luminous. 2 You will perhaps kill yourself with anguish because they are not accepting the faith. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule. 6 Do they not observe the earth, how much of every good kind We cause to grow therein? 7 Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
