We built the heaven with might, and We widely extended it. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah). 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 But go on reminding them, as reminding benefits the believers. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 I seek no livelihood from them, nor do I ask that they should feed Me. 57 Verily Allah! He is the Provider, Owner of power, Firm. 58 The evildoers shall have for their portion, a portion like their companions (who were destroyed before them). Therefore, they should not ask Us to hasten! 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
