(Muhammad), recall Our servant Job. When he prayed to his Lord saying, "Satan has afflicted me with hardship and torment," 41 We said to him, “Strike the earth with your foot; this cool spring is for bathing and drinking.” (A spring gushed forth when he struck the earth – this was a miracle.) 42 We restored to him his family and like those with them, a mercy from Us and a reminder to a nation that understand. 43 And (it was said unto him): Take in thine hand a branch and smite therewith, and break not thine oath. Lo! We found him steadfast, how excellent a slave! Lo! he was ever turning in repentance (to his Lord). 44 And make mention of Our bondmen, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, men of parts and vision. 45 We chose them for a special [purpose] -- proclaiming the message of the Hereafter: 46 and, in Our sight they were indeed among the select, the truly good! 47 And make mention of Ishmael and Elisha and Dhu'l-Kifl. All are of the chosen. 48 This is an admonition, and verily for the God-fearing is a happy retreat: 49 They will enter gardens of Eden with their gates open for them. 50 Where they will take their ease, calling for fruits in plenty, and for wine, 51 ۞ And beside them will be chaste women restraining their glances, (companions) of equal age. 52 This is what is promised you for the Day of Reckoning. 53 this, verily, shall be Our provision [for you,] with no end to it! 54 All this [for the righteous]: but, verily, the most evil of all goals awaits those who are wont to transgress the bounds of what is right: 55 Hell!- they will burn therein, - an evil bed (indeed, to lie on)!- 56 Yea, such! - then shall they taste it,- a boiling fluid, and a fluid dark, murky, intensely cold!- 57 and other similar to it, joined together. 58 This is an army plunging in without consideration along with you; no welcome for them, surely they shall enter fire. 59 But they will say: 'No, it is you that has no welcome. It was you who brought it upon us, an evil place' 60 They will continue saying, "Lord, double the torment of fire for those who led us into this. 61 But why is it that we cannot see men whom we had considered as wicked 62 Have we taken them in mockery? Or, have our eyes swerved from them?' 63 This contending of the inmates of Hell will surely be real. 64

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
