Observest thou not those who wrangle concerning the revelations of Allah? whither are they turning away! 69 they who give the lie to this divine writ and [thus] to all [the messages] with which We sent forth Our apostles [of old]? But in time they will come to know [how blind they have been: they will know it on Judgment Day,] 70 when fetters and chains shall be on their necks, and they shall be dragged into 71 into the boiling water, then into the Fire they are poured; 72 They will then be asked: "Where are they you took as partners 73 "Besides Allah" They will say: "They have vanished from us: Nay, we did not invoke (worship) anything before." Thus Allah leads astray the disbelievers. 74 [The angels will say], "That was because you used to exult upon the earth without right and you used to behave insolently. 75 Enter [now] the gates of hell, therein to abide: and how vile an abode for all who are given to false pride!" 76 So be patient [Prophet], for God's promise is true: whether We show you part of what We have promised them in this life, or cause you to die first, it is to Us that they will be recalled. 77 And, indeed We have sent Messengers before you (O Muhammad SAW); of some of them We have related to you their story and of some We have not related to you their story, and it was not given to any Messenger that he should bring a sign except by the Leave of Allah. So, when comes the Commandment of Allah, the matter will be decided with truth, and the followers of falsehood will then be lost. 78
