The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 and [when] the earth yields up her burdens, 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
