The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Alif. Lam. Mim. 1 This is the Book; there is no doubt in it. It is a guide for those who are mindful of God, 2 the pious who believe in the unseen, attend to prayer, give in charity part of what We have granted them; 3 And who believe in the Revelation sent to thee, and sent before thy time, and (in their hearts) have the assurance of the Hereafter. 4 These are on a right course from their Lord and these it is that shall be successful. 5 As for those who are bent on denying the truth, it makes no difference to them whether you warn them or not, they will not believe. 6 Allah has sealed up their hearts and ears and a covering has fallen over their eyes, and they have incurred the severest punishment. 7
