Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 and We have made them secure against every satanic force accursed 17 Except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame. 18 And We spread out the earth, and placed mountains as anchors in it, and in it grew all things by a proper measure. 19 and there appointed for you is a livelihood, and for those you do not provide. 20 And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known 21 And We loose the winds fertilising, and We send down out of heaven water, then We give it to you to drink, and you are not its treasurers. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 And verily We know the eager among you and verily We know the laggards. 24 And surely your Lord will gather them together; surely He is Wise, Knowing. 25
