Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 [having been received with the greeting,] "Enter here in peace, secure!" 46 And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised. 47 They will not be affected by any weariness there, and they will never be made to leave." 48 ۞ Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 when they came to him they greeted him with: "Peace." He said,"We feel afraid of you." 52 [The angels] said, "Fear not. Indeed, we give you good tidings of a learned boy." 53 He said, “Do you convey to me the glad tidings upon old age reaching me? So upon what do you convey glad tidings?” (* Prophet Ibrahim said this out of surprise.) 54 give me good tidings?' They said, 'We give thee good tidings of truth. Be not of those that despair.' 55 Abraham said: "Who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except the misguided?" 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 “Except the family of Lut; we shall rescue all of them.” 59 "Other than his wife who, it is decreed, will remain with those who will stay behind." 60
