And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 We succoured them, and they gained the upper hand (against their enemies). 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 And showed them the right path. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
