VERILY, those who are conscious of God [shall find themselves in the hereafter] amidst gardens and springs, 45 'In peace and security, enter them' 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ Inform My bondmen that undoubtedly, I surely am the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful. 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 And declare thou unto them of Ibrahim's guests. 51 when they entered unto him, saying, 'Peace!' He said, 'Behold, we are afraid of you.' 52 They said, “Do not fear – we convey to you the glad tidings of a knowledgeable boy.” 53 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Do you give me glad tidings (of a son) when old age has overtaken me? Of what then is your news?" 54 They said: "We give thee glad tidings in truth: be not then in despair!" 55 He said, "Who but the misguided despair of the mercy of their Lord?" 56 He said: what is your errand, sent ones? 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 "Except the family of Lot whom we shall save 59 "Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." 60
