The Bee (Al-nahl)

128 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Cave (Al-Kahf) before Noah (Noah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

۞ The command of Allah is arriving soon, therefore do not seek to hasten it; Purity and Supremacy are to Him, above all the partners (they ascribe). 1 He sends down this spirit (of prophecy) by His command through His angels on any of His servants whom He wills, (directing them): "Warn people that there is no deity but Me; so hold Me alone in fear." 2 He created the heavens and the earth with Truth. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Allah in His Divinity. 3 He hath created man from a drop, and Lo! he is a disputer open. 4 And He created cattle; in them are warm clothing and uses for you, and you eat from them. 5 And you find beauty in them as you drive them to pasture in the morning and as you drive them back home in the evening; 6 And they carry your loads to a land that you could not reach except with great trouble to yourselves. Truly, your Lord is full of Kindness, Most Merciful. 7 And He hath created horses and mules and asses that ye may ride there on, and as an adornment; and He createth that which ye know not. 8 To God leads the right path, though some deviate. If He willed He could guide you all to the right way. 9
