AND LO! [In the course of his wanderings,] Moses said to his servant: "I shall not give up until I reach the junction of the two seas, even if I [have to] spend untold years [in my quest]!" 60 When they reached the junction of the two seas they found out that they had forgotten all about the fish (which they had carried for food). The fish found its way into the sea. 61 So when they had passed further on (beyond that fixed place), Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "Bring us our morning meal; truly, we have suffered much fatigue in this, our journey." 62 He said, "Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan - that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly". 63 He said: This is what we sought for; so they returned retracing their footsteps. 64 Then they found one of Our votaries, whom We had blessed and given knowledge from Us. 65 Moses asked him, "Can I follow you so that you would teach me the guidance that you have received?" 66 'You will not bear patiently with me' He replied. 67 And how canst thou have patience over that which thy knowledge encompasseth not 68 Musa (Moses) said: "If Allah will, you will find me patient, and I will not disobey you in aught." 69 He said: then if thou wilt follow me ask me not of anything until I begin thereof some mention. 70
