And He it is Who brought forth for you hearing and sight and hearts, little thanks ye give! 78 It is God who has settled you on the earth and before Him you will all be assembled. 79 And He it is Who giveth life and causeth death, and His is the difference of night and day. Have ye then no sense? 80 And talk as did the people of old. 81 They said: "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected indeed? 82 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples." 83 Say: "Whose is the earth and whosoever is therein? If you know!" 84 They will say: "It is Allah's!" Say: "Will you not then remember?" 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: Will ye not then keep duty (unto Him)? 87 Say: 'In whose Hands is the Kingdom of all things, He protects, and none protects against Him, if you have knowledge' 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 Nay, but We brought them the truth and they are truly liars. 90 God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be. 91 He has the knowledge of all seen and unseen things. He is too exalted to be considered equal to anything else. 92
