۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 and they have enraged us, 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 And from treasures and nice houses. 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 The people of the Pharaoh pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 68
