۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 Then drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
