Al-Ahzaab 8 of 9
O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and wives of the believers that they should draw over themselves some of their outer garments [when in public], so as to be recognized and not harmed. God is most forgiving and most merciful. 59 ۞ Now; if the hypocrites do not give over, and those in whose hearts there is sickness and they that make commotion in the city, We shall assuredly urge thee against them and then they will be thy neighbours there only a little; 60 They shall be cursed from all around and they shall be ruthlessly killed wherever they are seized. 61 The tradition of Allah prevalent among those who passed away before; and you will never find the traditions of Allah changing. 62 Men ask thee of the Hour. Say: The knowledge of it is with Allah only. What can convey (the knowledge) unto thee? It may be that the Hour is nigh. 63 Verily God has cursed the infidels, and prepared a blazing fire for them. 64 therein they shall abide for ever. They shall find none to protect or help them. 65 On the Day whereon their faces shall be rolled in the Fire, they will say: Oh that we had obeyed Allah and had obeyed the apostle! 66 And they shall say: 'Our Lord, We obeyed our masters and our eminent ones, but they misled us from the way. 67 Our Lord, give them chastisement twofold, and curse them with a mighty curse!' 68
