Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Ya, Seen. 1 Consider this Qur'an full of wisdom: 2 Indeed you, [O Muhammad], are from among the messengers, 3 On the Straight Path. 4 The sending down of the Mighty, the Most Merciful 5 That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 The Word has been realised against most of them, yet they do not believe. 7 Verily We have placed on their necks shackles which are up to the chins; so that their heads are forced up. 8 And We have placed before them a barrier and behind them a barrier, so We have covered them, so that they see not. 9 It makes no difference to them whether you warn them or do not warn them: they will not believe. 10 Thou warnest only him who followeth the Reminder and feareth the Beneficent in secret. To him bear tidings of forgiveness and a rich reward. 11 Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register. 12
