Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 Surely, Elias too was among the Messengers. 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138
