Shall he then whose breast Allah hath expanded for Islam, so that he followeth a light from his Lord be as he whose heart is hardened? Then woe unto those whose hearts are hardened against remembrance of Allah. They are in an error manifest. 22 Allah has sent down the best discourse, a Book, consimilar in its oftrepeated (verses) that the skins of those who fear their Lord tremble; and thereafter their skins and hearts soften to the Remembrance of Allah. Such is the Guidance of Allah, whereby He guides whosoever He will; and whosoever Allah leads astray, he has no guide. 23 Is he then, who will confront with his face the awful torment on the Day of Resurrection (as he who enters peacefully in Paradise)? And it will be said to the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.): "Taste what you used to earn!" 24 Those before them rejected (prophets), therefore there came to them the chastisement from whence they perceived not. 25 Thus Allah made them taste humiliation in the life of the world, and verily the doom of the Hereafter will be greater if they did but know. 26 We have set forth to men all kinds of parables in this Quran so that they may take heed: 27 (It is) a Qur'an in Arabic, without any crookedness (therein): in order that they may guard against Evil. 28 Allah puts forth a similitude: a (slave) man belonging to many partners (like those who worship others along with Allah) disputing with one another, and a (slave) man belonging entirely to one master, (like those who worship Allah Alone). Are those two equal in comparison? All the praises and thanks be to Allah! But most of them know not. 29 You are mortal, and they are mortal 30 Then on the Day of Resurrection you will dispute before your Lord. 31
