O all you who believe, seek you help in patience and prayer; surely God is with the patient. 153 Do not consider those who are slain for the cause of God to be dead. They are alive but you are unaware of them. 154 And most certainly shall We try you by means of danger, and hunger, and loss of worldly goods, of lives and of [labour's] fruits. But give glad tidings unto those who are patient in adversity 155 and in difficulty say, "We are the servants of God and to Him we shall all return". 156 They are those on whom (Descend) blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance. 157 ۞ Safah and Marwah are the waymarks of Allah. Whoever performs the pilgrimage to the House or the visit, there shall be no guilt on him to circumambulate between both of them. And whoever volunteers good, Allah is Thankful, the Knower. 158 Indeed those who hide the clear proofs and the guidance which We sent down, after We made it clear to mankind in the Book – upon them is the curse of Allah and the curse of those who curse. 159 Except those who repent and do reform and disclose (the truth) – so I will accept their repentance; and I only am the Most Acceptor of Repentance, the Most Merciful. 160 But those who deny, and die disbelieving, bear the condemnation of God and the angels and that of all men, 161 They will abide therein: Their penalty will not be lightened, nor will respite be their (lot). 162 Your God is One God; there is no god but He, the All-merciful, the All-compassionate. 163
