To God belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; on the Day when the Hour comes, those who follow falsehood will be the losers. 27 And [on that Day] thou wilt see all people kneeling down [in humility]: all people will be called upon to [face] their record: "Today you shall be requited for all that you ever did! 28 This, Our record, speaks about you in truth. Indeed, We were having transcribed whatever you used to do." 29 The Lord will admit the righteously striving, believing people into His mercy. This is certainly a clear victory. 30 But as for those who disbelieved, [it will be said], "Were not Our verses recited to you, but you were arrogant and became a people of criminals? 31 "And when it was said that the promise of Allah was true, and that the Hour- there was no doubt about its (coming), ye used to say, 'We know not what is the hour: we only think it is an idea, and we have no firm assurance.'" 32 Then will appear to them the evil (fruits) of what they did, and they will be completely encircled by that which they used to mock at! 33 And it will be said: This day We forget you, even as ye forgot the meeting of this your day; and your habitation is the Fire, and there is none to help you. 34 That is because ye took the revelations of Allah scoffingly, and there beguiled you the life of the world. Today, therefore, they will not be taken forth therefrom, nor will they be suffered to please Allah. 35 Then Praise be to Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord and Cherisher of all the Worlds! 36 And unto Him (alone) belongeth Majesty in the heavens and the earth, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 37
