▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
We built the universe with Our might, giving it its vast expanse. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 Therefore fly to Allah, surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 In the same way no Messenger came to those who lived before them without his people calling him a magician or an insane person. 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
