Indeed, We created the human. We know the whisperings of his soul, and are closer to him than the jugular vein. 16 [And so,] whenever the two demands [of his nature] come face to face, contending from the right and from the left, 17 There is not a word he utters but an observer is ready (to make note of it). 18 And the stupor of death will bring Truth (before his eyes): "This was the thing which thou wast trying to escape!" 19 And the Trumpet will be blown, that will be the Day whereof warning (had been given) (i.e. the Day of Resurrection). 20 And there shall come every soul therewith shall be a driver and a witness. 21 (He will be told), "You were completely heedless of this day. We have removed the veil from your eyes and your vision will now be sharp and strong". 22 And his accompanying angel said, “This is the record of your deeds, available with me.” 23 (The sentence will be:) "Throw, throw into Hell every contumacious Rejecter (of Allah)!- 24 “The one who excessively prevented from virtue, the transgressor, the doubtful.” 25 who set up with God another god; therefore, you twain, cast him into the terrible chastisement.' 26 ۞ His satanic companion will say, "Our Lord, I did not mislead him, but he himself went astray". 27 Allah will say: "Dispute not in front of Me, I had already, in advance, sent you the threat. 28 No word is to be exchanged in My presence. I am not unjust to My servants". 29
