Warnings also came to the Pharaonites, 41 but they belied all Our signs so We seized them with the seizing of the Mighty, Powerful. 42 Are your disbelievers better than they were, or have you been given exemption in the Books? 43 Or do they say: “We are a strong legion, strong enough for victory?” 44 The group will soon be routed, and will turn their backs to flee. 45 Aye! the Hour is their appointed term, and the Hour shall be far more grievous and far more bitter. 46 The evil-doers are victims of error and madness. 47 On that Day they will be dragged into the fire faces foremost, (and told:) "Taste the feel of Hell." 48 Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 49 And Our commandment is but one (commandment), as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And assuredly We have destroyed your likes; so is there any one who shall be admonished? 51 All their deeds are recorded in the Scrolls; 52 And every small and great thing is recorded. 53 Indeed, the cautious shall live amid gardens and a river, 54 in a secure abode, in the presence of the Powerful King. 55
