Nay, and by the moon, 32 By the receding night 33 And by the Dawn as it shineth forth,- 34 it is one of the greatest trials, 35 Warn the men. 36 To him among you who wishes to go forward or remain behind. 37 Every soul shall be pledged for what it has earned, 38 except the people of the right hand 39 In Gardens they will question 40 of those who were lost in sin: 41 [And asking them], "What put you into Saqar?" 42 They will answer: We were not of those who prayed 43 we fed not the needy, 44 And we used to enter into vain discourse with those who entered into vain discourses. 45 and we denied the Day of Judgement 46 "Until there came to us (the death) that is certain." 47 The intercession of their intercessors shall not benefit them. 48 Why then do they turn away from the admonition 49 as though they were frightened wild asses, 50 Fleeing away from a lion. 51 Rather each one of them desires that he should be given open Books. 52 No! But they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 Nay, this surely is an admonition: 54 So whoever wills may heed advice from it. 55 But none will remember, unless Allah wills, He is the Owner of fear, the Owner of forgiveness. 56
Almighty Allah's Truth.
