Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 and by that you do not see, 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 And not one of you would have been able to stop (Us). 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And lo! it is absolute truth. 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
