Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are you a more difficult creation or is the heaven? Allah constructed it. 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 He brought out its water and its pastures from it, 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 Your Lord alone knows when it will come; 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
