The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the sun shall be wound round, 1 when the stars shall scatter away, 2 and when the mountains are moved, 3 when ten-month pregnant camels are left untended, 4 When the wild beasts are herded together (in the human habitations); 5 When the oceans surge and swell, 6 when the souls are divided into different classes, 7 and when the girl-child that was buried alive is made to ask 8 For what sin she was slain, 9 And when the written pages of deeds (good and bad) of every person shall be laid open; 10 and when Heaven is laid bare; 11 And when the hell is kindled up, 12 and when paradise is brought into view: 13 then shall each person know what he has brought along. 14 So by oath of those that revolve. (The planets.) 15 The planets withdrawing into themselves, 16 And by the night as it closes in 17 The rising dawn, 18 That this is in truth the word of an honoured messenger, 19 Endued with Power, with rank before the Lord of the Throne, 20 [the word] of one to be heeded, and worthy of trust! 21 Your companion is not one possessed: 22 he indeed saw the message-bearer on the clear horizon; 23 He is not chary of making public what is unknown. 24 Nor is this the word of an outcast devil. 25 Whither, then, will you go? 26 This is certainly the guidance for all (jinn and mankind). 27 for whosoever of you would go straight, 28 And you do not please except that Allah please, the Lord of the worlds. 29
Almighty Allah's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
