The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what will explain to thee what this is? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
