Have you not seen how We send down to the unbelievers satans who prick them? 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 None will have power to intercede for them except one who obtains a promise from Ar-Rahman. 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 This would almost cause the heavens to rent apart, the earth to cleave asunder and the mountains to crumble down in fragments, 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 there is none in the heavens or on the earth but shall return to the Merciful in utter submission, 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 And We make (this Scripture) easy in thy tongue, (O Muhammad) only that thou mayst bear good tidings therewith unto those who ward off (evil), and warn therewith the froward folk. 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
