When the trumpet blast is sounded they will come out of their graves and hasten to their Lord, 51 (nervously) exclaiming. “Alas for us! Who roused us out of our sleeping-place?” “This is what the Merciful One had promised, and what (His) Messengers had said was true.” 52 It will not be but one blast, and at once they are all brought present before Us. 53 Today, no soul shall be wronged a thing. You shall not be recompensed except according to your deeds. 54 Indeed the companions of Paradise, that Day, will be amused in [joyful] occupation - 55 they and their wives, shall recline on couches in the shade. 56 (Every) fruit (enjoyment) will be there for them; they shall have whatever they call for; 57 "Peace!" - a word (of salutation) from a Lord Most Merciful! 58 And get aside today, O guilty ones! 59 ۞ Children of Adam, did We not command you not to worship satan. He was your sworn enemy. 60 and that you should serve Me? This is a straight path. 61 But he beguiled a great many of you. Why did you not then understand? 62 This is the Hell that you were promised. 63 Suffer therein on this day for your disbelief. 64 This Day, We shall seal up their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their legs will bear witness to what they used to earn. (It is said that one's left thigh will be the first to bear the witness). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 22, Page 24] 65 If it had been Our will, We could have put out their eyes. They would have struggled to find the way, but how could they have seen it? 66 Had it been Our will We would have transmuted them (into monkeys, pigs and stones) where they were, so that they could neither go forward nor yet return. 67
