We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
