Say thou: I am but warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer. 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them; the Almighty, the Forgiving' 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 from which you are turning away.” 68 "I had no knowledge of the chiefs (angels) on high when they were disputing and discussing (about the creation of Adam). 69 It is revealed unto me only that I may be a plain warner. 70 When your Lord said to the angels: “Verily I am creating a human being from clay. 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed My spirit into him, prostrate yourselves before him." 72 The angels fell down prostrate, every one, 73 Not so lblis. He grew stiffnecked and became of the infidels. 74 Said He, 'Iblis, what prevented thee to bow thyself before that I created with My own hands? Hast thou waxed proud, or art thou of the lofty ones?' 75 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay." 76 'Begone' said He, 'you are stoned'. 77 and My rejection shall be thy due until the Day of Judgment!" 78 But Satan said, "My Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection," 79 The Lord said, "You will only be given a respite 80 until the day of the known time.' 81 He said, "By Your Honour, I will lead all of them astray, 82 Save Thy bondmen among them Sincere. 83 God said, "This is the truth, I speak only the truth, 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 Say: "No reward do I ask of you for this (Qur'an), nor am I a pretender. 86 It is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 87 you shall before long know its truth." 88
