Most surely We help our messengers, and those who believe, in the life of this world and on the Day when all the witnesses will stand up. 51 The day when their excuse availeth not the evil-doers, and theirs is the curse, and theirs the ill abode. 52 We also gave Moses the guidance, and We bequeathed upon the Children of Israel the Book 53 A Guide and a Message to men of Understanding. 54 So be thou patient; surely God's promise is true. And ask forgiveness for thy sin, and proclaim the praise of thy Lord at evening and dawn. 55 Those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah without any proof having come to them – in their hearts is nothing but a craving for greatness which they shall never achieve; therefore seek the refuge of Allah; indeed He only is the All Hearing, the All Seeing. 56 The creation of the heavens and the earth is indeed greater than the creation of mankind; but most of mankind know not. 57 Never can the blind and the seeing be equal; nor those that believe and act righteously and those that do evil. Little do you understand. 58 Verily, the Hour (Day of Judgement) is surely coming, therein is no doubt, yet most men believe not. 59 And your Lord said: "Invoke Me, [i.e. believe in My Oneness (Islamic Monotheism)] (and ask Me for anything) I will respond to your (invocation). Verily! Those who scorn My worship [i.e. do not invoke Me, and do not believe in My Oneness, (Islamic Monotheism)] they will surely enter Hell in humiliation!" 60
