Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
The tree of Zaqqum 43 Is the food of the sinful 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 As does boiling water. 46 “Seize him, and forcibly drag him right to the blazing fire.” 47 Then pour above his head of the torment of the boiling water: 48 [It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble! 49 "Truly this is what ye used to doubt!" 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 In gardens and springs; 52 wearing [garments] of silk and brocade, facing one another [in love]. 53 As such, We shall wed them to wide eyed houris (the virgins of Paradise). 54 There in security, they will call for every kind of fruit. 55 They will not taste death therein, except the first death; and He will preserve them from the torment of the Flaming Fire. 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 So have We made it easy in your tongue that they may be mindful. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
