Kneeling (Al-Jaatheyah)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Ha. Mim. 1 The sending down of the Book is from Allah, the Almighty, the Wise. 2 Indeed, within the heavens and earth are signs for the believers. 3 And in the creation of yourselves and of the beasts that He hath scattered over the earth, are signs unto a people who are convinced. 4 And (in) the variation of the night and the day, and (in) what Allah sends down of sustenance from the cloud, then gives life thereby to the earth after its death, and (in) the changing of the winds, there are signs for a people who understand. 5 These messages of God do We convey unto thee, setting forth the truth. In what other tiding, if not in God's messages, will they, then, believe? 6 Woe to every guilty impostor 7 He hears God's revelations being recited to him, yet persists in his arrogance as if he had never heard them. Forewarn him of a painful punishment. 8 And when he knows anything of Our signs, he takes them in mockery; those for them awaits a humbling chastisement. 9 Before them is hell, and there shall not avail them aught of what they earned, nor those whom they took for guardians besides Allah, and they shall have a grievous punishment. 10 This is the (true) guidance; and for those who disbelieve in the verses of their Lord is the severest of painful punishments. 11
